Terms and conditions
1. At participating Lexus Centres only.
2. For qualifying individuals only. Lexus Centre discretion to determine eligibility.
3. Subject to availability.
4. The product focus of this campaign is the IS Series (excluding Lexus IS F) and RX 400h. Availability of other models in the range at Lexus Centre discretion.
5. Insurance to be arranged between the Centre and prospective Customer. If Centre insurance is agreed, Customer to abide by the terms and conditions of the Centre's insurance policy, including possible excess and excess deposit.
6. Drivers must be aged between 25 and 75 years old.
7. Offer valid for UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man residents with a full, clean, valid licence for over 2 years entitling the applicants to drive in the UK.
8. Drivers must have had no more than one claim in the last 3 years where they have been held responsible.
9. Drivers must have had no more than two minor convictions resulting in no more than 6 penalty points in the past 3 years.
10. Drivers must not suffer and have not suffered from heart disorder, diabetes, fits or physical Infirmity, and are not taking prescribed medication relating to such conditions, where required to disclose it to the DVLA.
11. Drivers must agree to abide by all terms and conditions.
12. Other than the named customer, no other person may drive the demonstration vehicle.
13. Drivers must have disclosed all material facts in respect of any insurance details pertaining to the supply of the demonstration vehicle.
14. The demonstration vehicle must be returned to the Lexus Centre within the 48 hour period, or as agreed by the Lexus Centre. The demonstration vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received at the start of the demonstration period.
15. Drivers are liable for any penalty, fine or fixed penalty in relation to offences committed in respect of the demonstration vehicle for the period of the demonstration, any excess parking charge and any congestion or similar charge. Lexus (GB) may charge a £25 administration fee for the processing of any fixed penalty notice, police enquiry, congestion charge notice or any similar processing.
16. Use for hire or reward, conveyance of passengers for reward, racing, pace making, reliability trials, speed tests and the towing of any trailer are expressly not permitted.
17. No responsibility is accepted under this agreement for any personal effects or belongings left in the vehicle and lost or damaged during the period of the demonstration.
18. No accessories or parts are to be removed from or affixed to the demonstration vehicle.
19. No smoking is permitted in the demonstration vehicle.
20. Test drive mileage limit of 200 miles.
